beautifully restored Victorian mansion consisting of 23
tastefully decorated bedrooms. The Madison Manor Boutique Hotel
is an ideal choice for those who want the amenities and security
offered by modern hotels, yet prefer the comfort and ambiance of
a small bed and breakfast inn. Rooms are furnished in the style
of an English country inn with features ranging from fireplaces,
balconies and alcove window. All rooms are non-smoking. Located
next to the Spadina and St. George subway stations the hotel is
just minutes from most downtown Toronto attractions by public
transit and a short walk to the University of Toronto campus and
the shops and restaurants in Yorkville. A complimentary
continental breakfast buffet, available for the hotel guests in
the restaurant next door, features items such as cereal,
muffins, fruit and a selection of beverages. Absolutely no
guests under the age of 19 are accepted.

Junior Suite 1 King: |
Room
201 is the largest of the mini suites offered in the hotel. This
room offers a 15 x 20 main area and a study that measures 7 x 13.
The main area has 2 large windows facing East onto Madison Avenue
and a stained glass window on the north side. The room has 2
single beds together to form a king, oak armoire, and dresser
burrel insert. The seating area has four armchairs with side
tables looking onto the gas fireplace. The study area is equipped
with a bar fridge and sink and has 1 large opening window facing
north. This is a super spot for morning coffee or checking your
email. No children. Max occ 2. |

Mini Suite: |
Room
301 is a small suite with the main area sized at 15 x 16 with 2
signle beds set up as a king. A gas fireplace with exposed brick
over head adds extra warmth for those winter weekend visits. Two
double opening windows face east and one small leaded glass window
is on the north side. The study area is 8 x 13 and is equipped
with bar fridge and sink. Table and chairs are placed along side
of a window on the north side and the eastern wall of exposed
brick. No children. Max occ 2. |

Deluxe Room: |
Deluxe
rooms are large irregular shaped rooms offering cozy alcoves and
fireplaces. Rooms on upper floors have the option of balconies.
All deluxe rooms offer 2 twins which can be converted to 1 king.
Each room is unique and some have features such a stained or
leaded glass. No children. Max occ 2. |

Superior rooms are large rooms with many unique features. These
rooms offer either 1 king or 2 twins. Rooms with bathtub are
available upon request. Many of these rooms have working areas so
